What you may be feeling

People come to therapy for all kinds of reasons.

Some are struggling with anxiety, relationship challenges, self-doubt, family issues, grief, or a major life transition. Others simply have a sense that something isn't working and want help making sense of it.

You may notice yourself having the same doubts, repeating the same dynamics, or reacting in ways you thought you would have outgrown by now. Whether the problem feels obvious or difficult to explain, therapy can help you better understand what's contributing to your struggles, reconnect with yourself, and figure out what comes next.

Individual therapy

A space that's just for you.

In a world that constantly asks us to focus on everyone and everything else, it's easy to lose sight of what we need ourselves. Sometimes, having a space that's just for you can make all the difference.

Couples therapy

For the relationship you want to understand.

Relationships can be one of the most meaningful parts of our lives, but they're not always easy to navigate. Sometimes couples come to therapy because they're struggling to communicate, feeling disconnected, or finding themselves having the same arguments despite their best efforts to work through them.

Meet the therapist

Beatriz Hechavarria.

One of the things I enjoy most about being a therapist is helping people make sense of experiences that have felt confusing, frustrating, or difficult to navigate. Many of the people I work with are struggling with anxiety, relationship challenges, self-doubt, family difficulties, grief, or major life transitions. Others simply have a sense that something isn't working and want help making sense of it.
